Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) lifecycle, including risk assessments, onboarding, due diligence, implementation, monitoring, and contract exit.
  • •Collaborate with business owners and procurement to ensure suppliers meet risk, compliance, and security standards, while developing mitigation strategies and maintaining the TPRM governance framework (policies, procedures, guidelines).
  • •Monitor and assess risks, controls, and issues for service providers, including MSPs and downstream entities, while managing concentration risks and ensuring compliance with service agreements.
  • •Maintain effective governance frameworks, deliver training and awareness programs, and provide reporting to senior management and governance committees on service provider management and oversight.
  • •Align and integrate IT tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, ORGS, ServiceNow) with the governance framework, ensuring compliance, data management, and the development of an integrated data model to support TPRM activities.
