Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive smooth development of items for local supply and identify feasible, cost-effective development methods.
  • •Provide on-time estimates using optimal production capabilities and initiate product re-engineering.
  • •Improve development speed through the Enterprise Lean System (ELS) approach.
  • •Manage counter sample approvals, RBO updates circulation, resolve product development queries, and ensure customer queries are resolved or escalated within timeframes.
  • •Adhere to quality standards by processing developments and Oracle updates with at least 99% accuracy, and gather business requirements to support continuous improvement and cost reduction.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate in Printing and Textile background.
  • •Proven experience in product development, item setup, and sample management.
  • •Strong knowledge of product costing, pricing, and re-engineering principles.
  • •Familiarity with Enterprise Lean System (ELS) or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • •High proficiency in Oracle database systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
