Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coordinate, and assist in day-to-day team operations in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, ensuring communication, workforce planning, and continuous operational coverage.
  • •Establish annual operating budgets for manufacturing and manage shift performance to review and resolve cost variances with corrective action plans.
  • •Direct and manage Shift Managers across Coating, Finishing, Shipping, and Material Handling using company policies, procedures, and performance management.

  • •Bachelor's degree required.
  • •6+ years of operations/manufacturing experience with 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience preferred.

  • •Working knowledge of modern manufacturing, material flow, and continuous improvement strategies (e.g., ELS, Six Sigma, continuous flow, 5S).
