Job Summary

Support business development by providing administrative and proposal-focused assistance for prospective clients. Key Responsibilities

•Provide comprehensive administrative support to the business development team, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, meeting materials, and travel arrangements.
•Assist in developing proposals and presentations by gathering/analyzing information and creating content that communicates value propositions.
•Maintain and update the CRM system, generate reports, and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
•Conduct market research and competitive analysis, monitor industry developments, and provide regular updates to the team.
•Track proposal progress and follow up with clients, coordinate sales collateral and sales events, and recommend process improvements to enhance effectiveness.

•Sales and negotiation skills to support client-facing activities.
•Market and industry knowledge to identify opportunities and trends.
•Proficiency with CRM and sales tools to manage client and lead data.
