ATE Test Development Engineer

Develop and validate ATE test flows and test programs for ASIC characterization and fault isolation. Build characterization programs and diagnostic screens using existing test assets, then support RMA diagnosis to identify failing circuits. Drive and deploy innovative structural and functional test methodologies, assist with chip qualification testing, and perform electrical/thermal root-cause analysis. Analyze test results, present reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance and reliability.
