Job Summary

Lead the Core Experience engineering organization that owns shared member experiences across Super.com’s product verticals. You’ll set technical strategy, architecture, and delivery for systems supporting homepage and discovery, membership management, and benefits/rewards. Manage and develop engineering managers and multi-team delivery, elevate engineering standards, and help teams adopt modern AI-enabled engineering practices. Partner closely with Product, Design, Growth, Data, Operations, and Finance to drive cohesive member value.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the technical strategy and delivery for the Core Experience organization to build systems and experiences that drive member engagement, discovery, and membership benefits.
•Lead and develop Engineering Managers and their teams, coaching, removing blockers, and driving performance across the organization.
•Own the engineering systems behind Super+ membership value, including benefits, rewards, and credits across product verticals.
•Guide architecture and system design decisions, raising the technical bar and ensuring scalable, reliable systems.
•Help drive adoption of modern AI-enabled engineering practices across design, implementation, and testing workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 215,000 - 316,000 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of people leadership experience, including managing managers and senior ICs, with 2+ years at a Director level or equivalent.
•Proven success leading a multi-team engineering organization delivering consumer-facing products and/or shared platforms.
•Experience building or scaling membership platforms and shared rewards/credits/loyalty capabilities used across multiple teams.
•Strong understanding of modern web architectures, distributed systems, and microservice design patterns.
•Comfortable reviewing and guiding implementations within JavaScript and Python ecosystems, with experience designing and operating services at meaningful scale.
