Job Summary

Design and deliver technical solutions for Risk & Compliance 2LOD activities by gathering and analyzing business requirements. •Gather and analyze business requirements and design technical solutions with fast turnaround times.
•Build, test, and deploy applications and tools supporting Risk & Compliance 2LOD activities.

•Collaborate with IT, financial engineering, and operational risk teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and internal standards.
•Maintain governance and documentation standards to ensure compliance with internal controls, audit, and risk policies.

Key Requirements

•5+ years’ experience in software/application development in a large corporate or regulated environment.
•Proficiency in Python, with experience in rapid prototyping and tactical tool development.
•Familiarity with regulatory and supervisory expectations for risk and compliance processes, data quality, and model governance.
•Strong understanding of Risk & Compliance processes, preferably within financial services.
•Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
