  • •Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of coastal and maritime specialists across Australia.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in coastal and maritime engineering, coastal processes, or a related consulting environment.

  • •A strong track record leading project delivery, commercial outcomes, and long-term client partnerships.
  • •Experience mentoring and growing high-performing multidisciplinary teams, collaborating across regions and technical disciplines.
