Job Summary

Develop, implement, and own HR and talent strategies that align with corporate objectives. Partner with leaders to drive transformational initiatives across talent acquisition, talent management, employee experience, and organization development. Serve as a site HR partner for employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness, and support a safe, productive manufacturing environment through staffing, attendance management, and continuous improvement. Report to the Sr. HR Director for the East Region from Palmetto, FL.

•Serve as an HR partner to the site, guiding employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness to support business objectives.
•Drive HR excellence across direct and matrixed teams by delivering high-quality HR services and support.
•Collaborate with operations leaders to support a safe, productive manufacturing environment through staffing, attendance management, and change management.
•Manage employee experience by handling employee relations matters, supporting engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with policies and labor requirements.
•Develop and deploy talent strategy across talent acquisition, succession planning, and learning and development.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in HR as a business partner or in a site manufacturing environment.
•Proven track record driving HR initiatives and delivering results as a senior HR leader in a global matrixed organization or manufacturing site.
•Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current trends.
•Excellent leadership skills with the ability to empower and motivate teams.
•Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
