Job Summary

Identify and source high-caliber talent for priority vacancies for a dedicated business line. Partner with Talent Acquisition Team Leads, Hiring Managers, and Talent partners to consult on candidate personas and feasibility. Execute Boolean and semantic search strategies, leverage AI-powered sourcing platforms and automation tools, and deliver market intelligence through competitor, talent density, and compensation research. Build talent communities and provide quarterly sourcing performance updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Team Leads to review hiring roadmaps and align on priority roles and sourcing focus.
•Act as a subject matter expert for the assigned business line, advising on candidate personas, market, and search feasibility during intake sessions.
•Execute search strategies for priority vacancies using Boolean logic and semantic search to engage passive talent.
•Use AI-powered sourcing platforms and automation tools to enhance candidate discovery and streamline engagement workflows.
•Conduct market mapping and research to provide intelligence on competitor landscapes, talent density, and compensation trends for hiring decisions.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, identifying talent for professional roles in a corporate environment.
•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
•Experience with sourcing techniques including Boolean strings, X-ray searching, and using diverse platforms beyond traditional job boards to reach passive talent.
•Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-driven sourcing tools (e.g. HireEZ), and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
•Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide data-backed recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers.
