Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and run on-site IT infrastructure for gigawatt-scale data center campuses, including networks, Wi‑Fi, badge systems, conference rooms, and edge compute.
  • •Automate provisioning of endpoints, identity, and access so onboarding/offboarding run as version-controlled code.
  • •Own the multi-site IT stack that keeps teams, contractors, and customers cleanly separated and secure, coordinating with security on access controls and network segmentation.
  • •Create repeatable IT deployment runbooks for each new campus to speed up and standardize launches.
  • •Resolve on-site incidents quickly and unblock field and construction teams within hours.
  • •(Bonus) Bring data center or industrial site IT experience, including hands-on networking and administering identity/device management tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 218,000 - 252,000 annually

  • •Build and run IT infrastructure across multiple physical sites, standing up networks, identity, and endpoint management from scratch.
  • •Automate IT operations with code, including scripting, infrastructure-as-code, and MDM policy as code.
  • •Own identity and access management for a fast-growing organization, including SSO, SCIM, and directory services, without access sprawl.
  • •Resolve urgent on-site incidents under time pressure for field, construction, or operations teams.
