Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain data pipelines from multiple sources (Stripe, CRM, ops tools) into a central data layer
•Develop and maintain our BI environment, dashboards, data models, KPI infrastructure, and reporting layers
•Lead the evaluation, implementation, and rollout of an AI-native ERP, including chart of accounts design, entity structure, and process mapping
•Own integrations between the ERP and adjacent systems: Stripe, Payhawk, Sequence, banking providers, and payroll
•Own the month-end close process infrastructure, ensuring data flows correctly from source systems to reporting

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 100,000 - 120,000 annually

•5+ years in a finance systems, finance engineering, or business operations role
•Hands-on experience implementing or heavily configuring an ERP system
•Comfortable writing scripts, working with APIs, and building automation workflows
