Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and support day-to-day plant operations and maintenance to meet safety, environmental, quality, and production objectives.
  • •Ensure efficient plant operation and implement mitigating actions based on plant performance reviews.
  • •Implement training plans to develop team skills and maintain high training standards.
  • •Coordinate maintenance and production schedules, including participation in work control processes for efficient execution.
  • •Provide guidance and secure resources to address and resolve operating and metallurgical issues; apply Management of Change (MOC) when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years’ working experience in a metallurgical industry.

  • •Experience with ISO quality certification and/or internal/external audit is an asset.
