Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing customers by processing credit applications, pulling credit reports, and gathering financial statements and industry data for review.
  • •Execute daily credit operations in line with credit and collection policies to mitigate risk while supporting business growth.
  • •Investigate and resolve customer account discrepancies such as unapplied cash, short payments, credit memos, and misapplied funds in the accounts receivable ledger.
  • •Manage daily tasks and system queues for assigned portfolios, routing specific actions or escalated cases to internal departments for timely resolution.
  • •Collaborate with the Sales Department to collect documentation, communicate account statuses, and support onboarding of key accounts while ensuring compliance with SOX and SoD requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2-3 years of experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable management, preferably in manufacturing or B2B technology.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Working knowledge of reviewing financial statements and using commercial credit reports (e.g., DUNS) to assess creditworthiness.
  • •Hands-on experience navigating CRM and ERP workflows; Salesforce (SFDC) and Intacct are an advantage.
  • •Strong account reconciliation skills, billing dispute resolution, and ability to maintain audit trails with SOX/Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle understanding.
