Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop learning and training curricula for master trainers and production craftpeople, including content validation and assessments.
  • •Produce Production Academy learning content and materials (PowerPoint, multimedia, e-learning, handbook, etc.).
  • •Facilitate and conduct training for master trainers so they can transfer skills and techniques to craftspeople.
  • •Collaborate with factory managers and production group leaders to identify master trainers and monitor trainees’ post-training performance.
  • •Work with the production academy operations, production planning, and production development teams to analyze training needs, maintain skills matrices/certifications, and drive continuous improvement of learning materials.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience as a Master Trainer or Technical Learning Supervisor in the manufacturing industry (jewelry manufacturing preferred).
  • •Hands-on experience delivering technical training and development in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience managing technical skill certification processes and maintaining related skill matrix work.
  • •Strong understanding of learning and development methodologies, frameworks, and assessment to enhance knowledge/skills.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and familiarity with statistical tools (e.g., Minitab) and media/design tools (e.g., Canva).
