Specialist, Production Academy Trainer

Design and develop Production Academy learning curricula for master trainers and production craftpeople, including content validation, assessments, and training materials. Facilitate training so master trainers can transfer technical skills and techniques to craftspeople, then monitor trainee performance after programs. Partner with factory leaders, production planning, and production development teams to identify training needs, maintain skills matrices and certifications, and continuously improve learning content and academy efficiency.
