Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end ERP project planning, steering, and independent leadership for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM implementations.
  • •Support the sales team by contributing to offers for potential and existing customers.
  • •Act as the central contact for solving customer and employee challenges and ensure delivery of project goals for budget, timelines, and quality.
  • •Set up, lead, and manage project teams at multinational and interdisciplinary level.
  • •Take methodological responsibility for agile project delivery according to the Avanade methodology.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated project leadership and consulting skills with extensive customer experience, including the ability to manage customer expectations and align on outcomes.
  • •Strong understanding of business processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM or comparable ERP solutions.
  • •Passion for continuous learning, business acumen, and excellent time management.
  • •Experience building relationships, fostering collaboration, and advising effectively; experience leading teams onshore and offshore is beneficial.
  • •Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business informatics, business administration, or a related field.
