Job Summary

Lead end-to-end ERP implementations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM, owning project planning, steering, and delivery. Work in interdisciplinary, multinational project teams to define processes and deliver services with both technical and business expertise. Serve as a central point for customer and team challenges, ensuring objectives across budget, timelines, and quality. Support the sales team with offer creation and deliver projects using agile methods aligned to Avanade’s approach.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end ERP project planning, steering, and independent leadership for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM implementations.
•Support the sales team by contributing to offers for potential and existing customers.
•Act as the central contact for solving customer and employee challenges and ensure delivery of project goals for budget, timelines, and quality.
•Set up, lead, and manage project teams at multinational and interdisciplinary level.
•Take methodological responsibility for agile project delivery according to the Avanade methodology.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated project leadership and consulting skills with extensive customer experience, including the ability to manage customer expectations and align on outcomes.
•Strong understanding of business processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM or comparable ERP solutions.
•Passion for continuous learning, business acumen, and excellent time management.
•Experience building relationships, fostering collaboration, and advising effectively; experience leading teams onshore and offshore is beneficial.
•Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business informatics, business administration, or a related field.
