Own the lifecycle of complex integrated retirement plan offers and portfolio value-add solutions, partnering with key advisor/consultant relationships. Develop offer roadmaps, business cases, competitive positioning, pricing and economics, and guide go-to-market approvals with legal and internal stakeholders. Lead product ownership by building and testing prototypes, maintaining product backlogs, defining KPIs, and influencing leadership with data-driven recommendations for growth.

•Develop offer roadmaps and business cases, including competitive positioning and the economics of standard offers.
•Advise on improving and creating offers using industry trend knowledge; serve as product owner by leading internal prototyping and maintaining roadmaps/backlogs.
•Manage the process of taking new offers to market, including approvals from legal and internal functions, and align stakeholders to deliver go-to-market plans.
•Interpret market assessment scans and recommend growth opportunities, pricing strategies, and overall competitive positioning.
•Define KPI/measurement needs and produce reports using analysis to update management and key stakeholders.

Salary: USD 122,000 - 261,000 annually
