Join a high-performing, cross-functional SRE team to improve reliability and scalability across enterprise platforms. Design and implement automation to eliminate operational TOIL, manage and support infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and define monitoring using SLIs/SLOs and error budgets. Build Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Git-based workflows, develop automation scripts in Python and PowerShell, and deploy/troubleshoot containerized workloads using Kubernetes—participating in incident management and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to eliminate operational TOIL and improve system reliability.
•Manage and support cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
•Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, customer/user journey (CUJ) metrics, and error budgets based on non-functional requirements (NFRs).
•Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and GitHub.
•Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or Cloud Engineering.
•2+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
•2+ years of experience with SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and observability practices.
•2+ years of experience with Python and PowerShell.
•2+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and Git-based version control.
