Drive structured project execution, manage risks with recovery plans, and align regional/global stakeholders through clear communication. Lead and develop a direct team with mentorship and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate executive vision into clear goals, KPIs, and long-term strategies in partnership with CNPF and Services Finance.
•Drive OKR/KPI goal cascade aligned with business priorities and oversee performance through operational reviews and dashboards.
•Proactively identify risks and support recovery plans for off-track initiatives.
•Lead cross-functional projects and apply structured project management methodologies to plan, track, and execute key initiatives.
•Act as primary liaison across regional and global stakeholders; lead and develop the direct team with mentorship and guidance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 85,000 - 136,000

Key Requirements

•Experience in operations, management consulting, or senior leadership roles with strong financial acumen.
•Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
•Strong strategic thinking with attention to execution details.
•Excellent interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to influence without authority.
•People leadership experience.
