Originate residential mortgage loan products across the portfolio and secondary market. •Interview residential mortgage loan applicants and collect information to complete thorough loan applications.
•Compile and analyze applicant data, including credit report and automated underwriting findings, to support decisions.
•Recommend and outline loan options for applicants.
•Coordinate with Compliance to deliver disclosure documents and submit completed application packages to processing.
•Notify applicants of loan decisions and correspond with customers, applicants, or creditors to resolve questions for loan approval, while providing production goals and closing projections.

Key Requirements

•Associate’s degree (or equivalent) from a two-year college/technical school, or six months to one year of related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination).
•Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business/professional materials and governmental regulations, and communicate clearly with managers, clients, customers, and the public.
•Ability to perform calculations involving discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area/circumference, and volume.
•Ability to define problems using data collection, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
•Intermediate personal computer skills, including electronic mail, database activity, word processing, and spreadsheet work; ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate assignments.
