Key Responsibilities

  • •Interview residential mortgage loan applicants and collect information to complete thorough loan applications.
  • •Compile and analyze applicant data, including credit report and automated underwriting findings, to support decisions.

  • •Associate’s degree (or equivalent) from a two-year college/technical school, or six months to one year of related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination).
