Job Summary

Maintenance Technician I performs skilled and semi-skilled maintenance, modification and repair across facilities, conveyors, electrical systems, and heavy industrial equipment. You’ll handle preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs up to 480V PLC-controlled machinery, while documenting work orders and following safety procedures in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform skilled and semi-skilled facility maintenance tasks including patching/painting walls, repairing floors, replacing lights, repairing racking, moving office furniture, and setups.
•Carry out minor troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on conveyor equipment.
•Document all work activities, including labor, parts, inventory, and closing work orders for records.
•Follow lockout-tagout, confined space, and other safety/environmental procedures and policies.
•Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure safe, efficient maintenance operations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25.34 - 28.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•2-4 years’ experience with facility maintenance in a medium to large distribution center or manufacturing operation.
•2-4 years’ experience around conveyors, pneumatics, AC/DC motor skills and industrial electrical systems.
•Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals.
•Valid Driver’s License and Forklift Certification.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; able to multi-task in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
