Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of software engineering experience focused on internal tooling, infrastructure automation, platform engineering, or distributed systems.
  • •4+ years of engineering management experience growing and managing teams of engineers.
  • •Experience as a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager leading architecture and long-term evolution of internal control platforms or similar systems.
  • •Strong backend or full-stack engineering background with solid Python skills.
  • •Familiarity with Kubernetes and Terraform, plus a systems mindset for abstracting complex infrastructure into self-service tools.
