Job Summary

Serve as the primary FCC advisory point of contact for TikTok Ads, advising product, compliance, operations, and engineering teams on AML/CFT risks and regulatory obligations. Proactively identify risks across new and existing ad products and customer lifecycle, enhance the TikTok Ads control framework by designing controls, and embed compliance into the product lifecycle from ideation through launch. Lead AML risk assessments for products, jurisdictions, and customer types, maintain scalable AML controls, and support audits, regulatory exams, and due diligence.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the main FCC point of contact for TikTok Ads, advising on AML/CFT risks across advertising products and the customer lifecycle.
•Provide subject matter expertise on AML regulatory requirements, risk typologies, and emerging threats related to the creator economy, digital payments, and social commerce.
•Partner with product and engineering teams to assess AML risk for new features and product changes from ideation through launch.
•Lead or contribute to AML risk assessments for new products, jurisdictions, and customer types (e.g., creators, influencers).
•Oversee scalable, technology-driven AML controls (transaction monitoring, customer onboarding, suspicious activity detection) and support audits, regulatory exams, and due diligence.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in AML compliance or financial crimes advisory, ideally in fintech, payments, or platform-based technology.
•Knowledge of AML frameworks such as BSA/AML, FATF, and FinCEN, especially for non-traditional financial services.
•Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills to translate regulatory concepts into practical guidance.
•Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize in a risk-based, iterative compliance environment.
•Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with cross-functional product, engineering, and design teams.
