Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and validate comprehensive project estimates, including construction costs, fees, and direct work.
  • •Support capital planning by advising on strategies across large-scale portfolios and long-term financial planning.
  • •Assist procurement activities such as vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, bid leveling, and bid interview support.
  • •Establish and manage cost reporting schedules, present cost forecasts to clients, and maintain a commercial risk register with periodic reviews.
  • •Support cost control and change management, including payment applications, change order evaluation, dispute prevention/resolution, and invoicing coordination; contribute to financial close and post-contract reviews.
