Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage marketing workflow using Zendesk ticketing, assigning projects by bandwidth, urgency, and scope.
  • •Project-manage custom marketing requests end-to-end, including design workflow oversight, vendor coordination, agent communication, and post-campaign reporting.
  • •Create templated marketing assets such as print ads and brochures using InDesign and Compass systems while ensuring on-brand quality.
  • •Lead monthly sales meetings/workshops with platform tips and marketing strategies, and present regional and national updates.

Key Requirements

  • •1–3 years of experience producing marketing content in-house or at an agency, with real estate experience a plus.
