Key Responsibilities

  • •Own on-site service job execution and completion with customer satisfaction.
  • •Ensure services follow Emerson standard procedures and are delivered within the time schedule.
  • •Prepare detailed site visit reports/MOM and obtain customer sign-off after each job.
  • •Respond to customer queries and complaints, escalate when necessary, and ensure corrective actions by the appropriate organizations.
  • •Provide installation, commissioning, AMC/ARC service support and maintain AMC/ARC calendars, including LTSA, shutdown, and audit management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor in Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 2 years of work experience.
  • •Detailed knowledge of Gas and Liquid Analytical Systems, including sample handling and supporting systems.
  • •Experience with products such as gas analyzers, liquid analyzers, SWAS (Steam and Water Analysis System), GC, sample handling systems, and gas detectors.
  • •Familiarity with digital communication protocols, CEMS, shelter and logic, HVAC, and brief knowledge of refinery or power plant processes.
  • •Experience on analytical system for the Power and Oil & Gas industry is preferred.
