Key Responsibilities

•Operate travel services for the AMS region, including resolving escalated complaints and managing OnCall BPO customer service to iterate standardized processes.
•Optimize and manage the travel supplier service system by controlling delivery quality and improving efficiency and quality.
•Follow up on special travel-services tasks, such as cross-border mobility projects, collaborating with relevant internal and external teams to drive completion.
•Conduct ongoing research, interviews, and data analysis to identify regional adaptability and optimization opportunities for travel policies and the Hi Travel system, then feed into policy and system product teams.
•Assist the team in building and continuously improving the regional travel operation system and delivery capabilities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in business travel, customer service, or service improvement.
•Strong learning ability and active thinking to adapt to a fast working pace.
•In-depth understanding of business characteristics and business travel development stage from a global perspective.
•Be patient, resilient, and proactive with strong attention to details.
•Strong sense of responsibility with customer-service drive, communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
