Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee technical development of the overall PCU product, including integration of sub-products into a complete PCU.
  • •Support program startup, baselining, and the staffing ramp to execute the work scope.
  • •Execute design, development, production, and delivery of the PCU across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • •Govern contract scope, assess technical break-in of new design capabilities, and drive producibility improvements while ensuring standards are met.
  • •Support GhostEye IPT planning with EVMS, program planning, budgeting, and risk/opportunity management, including balancing engineering production support with schedule-critical customer requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field.
  • •Minimum of 8 years of design and/or production experience with power systems, including power conversion, power distribution, power subsystems, and/or control systems.
  • •Experience serving as a product or technical lead coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver a complex hardware product through design, development, integration, production, and/or delivery.
  • •Experience with power distribution, assemblies, and/or cooling designs and hardware packaging, including integration for military or commercial applications into production.
  • •Experience working with power distribution, cooling, and multi-functional assemblies/integration in production environments.
