Manufacturing Test Engineer, Fury

Own the end-to-end aircraft test lifecycle on the production line by authoring, validating, and executing Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs) and functional test plans. Perform hands-on system checkouts (power-on tests, actuation sweeps, continuity checks, sensor calibration, integrated avionics testing), troubleshoot complex hardware failures, and implement corrective actions. Train and certify technicians, use MES/PLM for configurations and documentation, and drive continuous improvement to reduce test cycle time while maintaining quality and safety.
