Branch Leader- McKee Farms

Lead and manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving performance through coaching, workforce management, and business development. Grow branch revenue by building small business expertise, expanding mass affluent relationships, and prospecting through face-to-face meetings and outbound calling. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management, and ethics requirements while partnering with IRM and operations teams.
