Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end to end service delivery on large or complex projects
  • •Act as the key day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives are met and projects are delivered on time and to budget
  • •Establish governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project and prepare master project plans
  • •Manage resources, budgeting, procurement and the flow of project information with regular client meetings and communications
  • •Lead cross-functional project teams, monitor performance with KPIs, manage risks and change control, and report progress

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified (Civil Engineering)
  • •Experience on large scheme projects (£100m plus)
  • •Chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, RICS, etc.
  • •Strong project management skills with governance, planning and budget control
  • •Health & Safety and Environmental awareness in project delivery
