Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Phonely’s public voice—what you sound like, talk about, and what people remember.
  • •Publish constantly with a ramp plan (start at 5–10 pieces per week and scale).
  • •Build the system behind the output using repeatable workflows and AI tools to increase throughput.
  • •Mine real customer phone workflows for stories and turn them into content quickly.
  • •Run the full production chain (concept, shoot, direct, edit, publish, and reply) and represent the brand externally at launches, events, and podcasts.
