Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a liaison between the customer and the Business Unit to ensure clear understanding of issues and delivery of solutions.
  • •Optimize tool performance with customers to meet process and integration requirements.
  • •Check and approve operational quality of system equipment and instruct customers on operation and maintenance.
  • •Provide on-site installation and oversee diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
  • •Analyze process and tool data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, support decision-making, and present findings/recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years in Semiconductor Capital Equipment or a similar high-tech industry.
  • •Experience (preferred) of 3+ years in Applications or Process Engineering.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field.
  • •Knowledge of 3 or more processes on 1 or more technologies.
  • •Experience using semiconductor real-time defect analysis tools and relevant analytical/metrology tools.
