Job Summary

Lead the engineering of AI agent frameworks and local runtimes on Windows for NVIDIA GeForce RTX consumer PCs. Key Responsibilities

•Act as lead engineer for native Windows development of agent frameworks and define the technical roadmap for always-on AI assistants on GeForce RTX PCs and laptops.
•Optimize Windows agent runtimes to operate under policy-based privacy and security requirements, including filesystem access, secure inference routing, and controlled network egress.
•Partner with internal AI research teams, driver teams, and the OpenClaw open-source community to strengthen the consumer hardware ecosystem for autonomous agents.
•Mentor engineers, establish AI agent deployment guidelines, and write reliable, production-ready code.
•Ensure autonomous agents are secure and efficient as part of deploying advanced agent frameworks and local runtimes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 272,000 - 431,250 annually

Key Requirements

•15+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a Staff or Lead Architect role.
•BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•Deep understanding of Windows OS internals, process isolation, sandboxing technologies, and system-level security architecture.
•Experience with LLM inference pipelines and GPU-accelerated computing, including running local models on consumer-grade hardware.
•Proficiency in C++ and Python, plus experience with virtualization/containerization or robust sandboxing for Windows and agentic AI orchestration frameworks.
