Production Shift-Lead (Day Shift)

Lead day-shift production operations by managing multiple departments and coordinating employees to meet cost, profit, and production goals. You’ll motivate teams, resolve operational problems, evaluate performance, and coach employees. Drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives, participate in the Safety Committee, maintain compliance with UFP policies and applicable law, and oversee inventory and required reporting and records.
