Mechanical Maintenance Team Leader

Oversee mechanical maintenance of nuclear plant systems and equipment to ensure safe, reliable operations. Lead mechanical maintenance teams, review maintenance programs and procedures, monitor NSSS and BOP performance, and manage outage planning. Support outage and emergency response activities as assigned, drive troubleshooting, and ensure compliance with health, safety, security, environmental, quality, and foreign material exclusion requirements while managing staff training and performance.
