Client Risk Analyst I

Serve as a liaison to Asia-Pacific institutional clients, helping maintain long-term relationships through high-touch service. Triage and respond to client inquiries via ticket, phone, email, and live chat, and investigate trade- and account-related issues such as execution, order routing, trade busts, and position liquidation. Meet clients to understand their needs, introduce relevant services and workflows, and recommend process improvements based on technical issue patterns.
