Job Summary

Own field product support performance for Applied Materials China and other regions as the FSO focal point. Drive execution across service contracts, supply chain, quality, cost, and field readiness to meet regional KPIs. Manage service contract metrics like uptime, availability, and stoploss, lead escalations and repair/refurb initiatives, support SAR, ELS and NPI execution, and spread knowledge through BKMs and training.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as FSO focal point to align field product support execution.
•Track and drive service contract KPIs including uptime, availability, and stoploss; perform material and labor analysis to improve margin.
•Own service quality execution and performance for the region.
•Lead customer/field escalations and drive repair/refurb projects with Engineering, including qualification and adoption; establish and support new 6k programs.
•Ensure field readiness and tool maintenance capability at contract sites; support SAR, ELS, and NPI execution and knowledge/capability building across FSO teams.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Semiconductor equipment experience in a production environment.
•Understanding of ALD, PVD, and MCVD technology and equipment maintenance.
•BS degree or higher; engineering background preferred or equivalent experience.
•Ability to track and improve service contract and field performance KPIs (e.g., uptime/availability/stoploss).
•Experience driving execution alignment across cross-functional stakeholders in service operations.
