Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the strategic academic planning and implementation process to develop high-quality academic programs that meet international standards.
  • •Ensure the academic quality, integrity, and continuous improvement of curricular content, assessments, and instructional delivery; allocate resources accordingly.
  • •Implement innovative and efficient programming across multiple academic delivery models.
  • •Develop external partnerships and evaluate enrollment trends to promote academic programs and growth.
  • •Oversee accreditation processes and ensure compliance with professional, regional, international, and federal licensure criteria.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD degree in a related field, preferably in Innovation Management
  • •10+ years of related work experience, with at least 10 years spent in a senior supervisory/leadership role
