Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the project management team in fulfilling contracted project management obligations on construction projects across the full project lifecycle.
  • •Support and report on change management processes on selected projects and help put in place effective protocols for delivery.
  • •Apply knowledge of project management deliverables across RIBA stages 0 to 7 and contribute to project management processes regardless of project scale.
  • •Assist in developing, monitoring, and reporting key performance metrics, and prepare monthly reports and meeting minutes.
  • •Perform or assist with project delivery leadership across scope management, change management, commercial management, risk management, client management, and quality assurance, using WSP’s online project management/controls tool.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4-year degree from an internationally recognized university in a property or construction-related discipline.
  • •4–7 years of relevant project management experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
  • •Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • •Confidently gather information, analyze it, and assemble it into meaningful documents such as reports, programmes, and spreadsheets.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft software such as Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, plus knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project/design management.
