Oversee daily operations of the Good Luck Lounge during live events, partnering with the Operations Manager and leading floor staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Handle elevated guest relations, resolve issues with security and customer service, and ensure SOPs are followed through pre-shift planning and shift meetings. Maintain responsible alcohol service compliance, manage lost and found, support special events, and contribute to smooth, high-volume, high-energy venue operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the Operations Manager on daily operational tasks and oversee show duties.
•Handle elevated guest inquiries and resolve complaints related to shows, meet-and-greets, VIP packages, and amenities.
•Ensure guest issues are addressed, including security and customer service situations, and maintain SOP compliance.
•Lead opening, running, and closing duties, including pre-shift meetings, shift sheets, and communication to staff.
•Oversee responsible alcohol service compliance, lost and found, incident reports, witness statements, and special-event operations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

•Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent).

•Ability to manage fast-paced situations professionally, including working extended hours (nights/weekends/special events).
