Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the Operations Manager on daily operational tasks and oversee show duties.
  • •Handle elevated guest inquiries and resolve complaints related to shows, meet-and-greets, VIP packages, and amenities.
  • •Ensure guest issues are addressed, including security and customer service situations, and maintain SOP compliance.
  • •Lead opening, running, and closing duties, including pre-shift meetings, shift sheets, and communication to staff.
  • •Oversee responsible alcohol service compliance, lost and found, incident reports, witness statements, and special-event operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent).
