Key Responsibilities

  • •Own real-time fraud monitoring, alerting, and automated mitigation systems.
  • •Hunt emerging threats across campaigns, credit card program, and fund flows (e.g., cashback farming, card testing, merchant abuse, friendly fraud).
  • •Develop and tune advanced fraud rules, behavioral signals, and scoring logic.
  • •Build internal tools, dashboards, and scripts to improve fraud team effectiveness.
  • •Define fraud strategy and operational playbooks; coordinate with cross-teams and external business partners to mitigate fraud risk.

Key Requirements

  • •Enjoy spotting anomalous patterns and reverse-engineering fraud attack campaigns.
  • •Strong ability to find hidden signals in noisy transaction and behavioral data.
  • •High ownership, low-ego, and ability to drive results in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
  • •Exposure to fintech/neobank/issuer processor environments (preferred).
  • •Knowledge of card/payment fraud mechanics and related patterns (e.g., card testing, BIN attacks, friendly fraud, merchant collusion).
