  • •Own Microsoft 365 technical strategy, target-state architecture, and a prioritized multi-year roadmap with measurable outcomes.
  • •Define standards and guardrails for configuration, security, and operations that partners and Microsoft deliver against.
  • •Account for governance, administration, support, and security of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and related Microsoft 365 services through managed service partners.
  • •Lead modernization and delivery initiatives including migrations, feature rollouts, and integrations from design through hypercare.
