Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the safe transport of flight hardware and modules between SpaceX facilities, including transit and hand-off operations.
  • •Supervise the transport crew and contracted vendors, and serve as the primary point of contact for in-transit decisions.
  • •Review transportation documentation (permits, route surveys, inspections) and develop contingency plans to mitigate risk.
  • •Travel with assigned flight hardware during long-haul transports and oversee daily pre-trip/post-trip inspections and briefings.
