Job Summary

Technical Account Manager for Kickbox leads post-sales lifecycle for high-volume enterprise clients in Ottawa. You’ll onboard customers, integrate RESTful APIs, liaise with Support, monitor usage and credits, generate usage and revenue reports, and collaborate with Sales to identify expansion opportunities while protecting recurring revenue.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the post-sales lifecycle for high-volume enterprise accounts, including onboarding and coordinating with Sales to translate contract terms into technical implementation plans.
•Serve as the dedicated technical liaison for premium clients, coordinating with engineering/marketing teams and Support to resolve escalations within SLAs.
•Monitor and manage verification credit balances, maintain usage logs, and troubleshoot API integration issues to minimize latency and maintain service continuity.
•Produce periodic usage and revenue reports, detailing list hygiene trends and cost-benefit analyses for internal stakeholders.
•Identify expansion opportunities from usage data and collaborate with Sales on renewal strategies and upsell of advanced deliverability features.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3–5+ years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, Technical Customer Success, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Support Liaison role within a SaaS or developer-focused environment.
•Proven ability to manage enterprise support escalations and coordinate with backend technical teams.
•Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and Webhooks; able to parse JSON payloads and discuss integrations with engineers.
•Strong commercial acumen with experience collaborating with sales and maintaining high customer retention.
•Data analysis proficiency (Excel/Google Sheets) or SQL to analyze usage logs and generate reports.
