Construction Project Manager

Lead construction project execution with end-to-end responsibility for administration, technical direction, and profit/loss outcomes. Own change control, coordinate commercial meetings, and manage valuation and milestone payment schedules for GC and specialist contractors. Supervise daily site operations (resources, quality, progress, and regulatory compliance) while serving as the primary stakeholder point of contact to resolve issues and keep the project on design, budget, and schedule.
