Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end payments experience, including scheduling, tracking, and failure/retry states.
  • •Shape product direction by framing problems, writing briefs, and driving decisions with evidence alongside engineering.
  • •Partner closely with engineers and PM/go-to-market stakeholders to brainstorm, define, and implement new P2P features and offerings.
  • •Design the experience layer for new payment rails as direct bank integrations and providers come online, including customer migration.
  • •Run research with customers and finance teams to test work and inform design decisions.
