Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the commercial team with daily BAUs and report discrepancies or cross-functional issues.
  • •Develop cross-functional commercial and operational strategies and support their execution.
  • •Use CRM to manage and retain sales, and develop new business leads for profitable vendors/accounts.
  • •File, maintain, and track commercial contractual agreements, ensuring implementation and margin protection.
  • •Monitor demand forecasts and support ordering/inventory activities to prevent OOS/OVS, including demand and inventory reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the FMCG industry.
  • •Good understanding of SKUs, local suppliers, and reporting.
  • •Knowledge of social media and analytics software (working knowledge of Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • •Creative and strategic content creation with excellent writing skills in English and Arabic.
  • •Advanced Excel proficiency is essential.
