Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete routine building maintenance and work orders across offices, common areas, R&D spaces, and factory support areas.
  • •Perform office touch-ups (patching, painting, caulking, minor finish repair, hardware replacement) and basic upkeep.
  • •Support light builds and installations (furniture assembly, shelving/fixtures, signage) using approved plans and materials.
  • •Assess incoming requests, clarify scope and priority, identify needed tools/materials, and communicate expected timing.
  • •Escalate licensed work as required and coordinate vendors by confirming scope, access, safety expectations, schedule, and completion; document all activity.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of hands-on facilities maintenance, building maintenance, industrial maintenance, or closely related trade experience.
  • •Demonstrated ability to complete practical repairs and light installation work with consistent workmanship and strong attention to safety.
  • •Ability to work daily onsite at in Torrance, CA.
  • •Ability to lift and move tools, materials, parts, and equipment up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • •Recognize when specialized or licensed work is required (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or fire/life-safety).
