Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the multi-year engineering roadmap for DigitalOcean’s Agentic AI infrastructure services.
  • •Lead the architecture and delivery of core agentic infrastructure capabilities (Open Harness Runtime, Action Toolbox, Coding Execution Runtime) for running and operating agents in the cloud.
  • •Set long-term architecture for scalable, resilient, secure, and cost-efficient services with strong operational discipline.
  • •Partner with product and GTM teams to launch new SKUs and services for agentic workloads, balancing performance and gross margin.
  • •Build and scale a geographically distributed engineering organization, fostering a high-performance culture while delivering production-ready infrastructure.
